By accessing or using envisionmotorsfleet.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about fleet vehicle sales, services, and the Envision Motors dealer group. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying material
• Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any servers or networks connected to the Site

3. Trademark Acknowledgments

All trademarks, service marks, and logos on this site are the property of their respective owners. See our Legal Notices page for the complete list of OEM trademarks attributed on this site, our authorized-dealer status, and the distinction between direct franchise relationships and inter-dealer trade arrangements.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Prices shown on this Site, including but not limited to Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP), exclude destination and delivery charges, taxes, title, license, and registration fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing displayed on this Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer. Final pricing is provided in writing by our fleet team in response to a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is subject to vehicle availability, configuration confirmation, and applicable incentives at time of order.

5. Vehicle Images & Configurations

Vehicle images are for illustrative purposes and may show optional equipment, packages, colors, or trim levels not available at the prices shown or in the configurations described. Images may not represent actual inventory. Vehicle availability and exact configurations are confirmed during the RFQ process.

6. No Warranty

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Vehicle warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are governed by the terms of the applicable manufacturer warranty document, not by these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Envision Motors, its dealerships, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including manufacturer sites, government procurement portals, and analytics providers. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days following the change.
